Welcome to the Cherokee Garden Club webpage. This page is intended for club members to help us with our projects.
We meet October through May on the First Thursday of the Month at the Dothan Country Club at 10:00 A.M.

Our major project is maintaining the Janet's Memorial Herb Garden at the Dothan Area Botanical Garden. We have assumed this task to honor our dear, now deceased, member Janet Marsella who was a gourmet chef who cultivated her own herb garden. We thought this was a worthy homage to a wonderful woman, and a way to share one of her passions with others. These pages will eventually have pictures of the herbs in "Janet's Garden" along with recipes for using those herbs just as she would have.
